Magic International, formerly known as Men s Apparel Guild in California, was founded in 1933 as an association of the Men s Wear Manufacturers of Los Angeles. It maintains more than 1 million square feet of exhibit space and hosts over 100,000 attendees yearly from the United States and foreign countries. The group organizes trade events of men s, women s and children s apparel and accessories in the fall and spring seasons in Las Vegas. It offers clothes in designer, contemporary, casual, streetwear and sporting wear categories. Magic International became a wholly owned subsidiary of Advanstar Communications in 1998 and maintains its office in Woodland Hills, Calif.
