Established in 1999, Fenwick Group develops and manages franchise rights of more than 40 Panera Bread bakery-cafes in the north and central New Jersey area. Panera Bread offers breads, sourdough, bagels, turkey sausage, cranberry walnut and cream cheese. The cafe provides blueberry bagels and egg, cheese, bacon and sausage sandwiches. Panera Bread offers chicken tortilla, creamy tomato, broccoli cheddar and french onion soups. The cafe provides apple chicken, orchard harvest, classic, Greek and Caesar salads. Panera Bread offers a variety of pastries and sweets that includes caramel pecan brownie, french croissants, bear claws, and muffins and muffies. The cafe additionally provides beverages, such as cappuccino, lemonade and caffe mocha. Panera Bread makes donations for charities, as well as sponsors cultural and fundraising events.
