Vintabla is a New American restaurant that serves lunch and dinner. Its menu includes a variety of salads, appetizers, soups, pizzas, sandwiches and entrees. The restaurant additionally serves Hawaiian tuna, grilled Atlantic salmon, grilled lamb chops, baby back ribs, pork tenderloins, chicken breast and saut ed spaghetti. Vintabla also provides a selection of wines, such as merlot, pinot noir, cabernet sauvignon, sauvignon blanc and zinfandel. It features an ice bar, salami bar, cheese bar and petit four pastry bar. The restaurant, in addition, features a dining area with lounge, an open-display kitchen with open kitchen seating, a 40-seat private dining room and patio. It is located in Tucson, Ariz., and organizes an event, Worldly Wine Dinners, on Mondays throughout the winters.
