The Columbia Restaurant in St. Petersburg, Fla., is located on a pier in downtown and has waterfront views. The restaurant serves a variety of Spanish and Cuban cuisine and features a panoramic 360 degree, fourth floor waterfront view of sailboats drifting by and dolphins in Tampa Bay. Menu items include paella, shrimp, lobster, red snapper, mahi mahi, grouper, chicken, filet mignon, roast pork, soups and salads. It also has a wide range of desserts and wines, including Sangria, which is made tableside. Columbia Restaurant has seven locations. The restaurant in St. Petersburg was founded in 1988.
