The Milton Inn, founded in 1947, is a restaurant that offers a range of food items and beverages. It provides a variety of appetizers that includes lobster medallions, smoked salmon rose, chicken liver mousse, portabella mushrooms and seafood martinis. The restaurant also offers a range of entrees that includes pan-seared Atlantic salmon, sesame-crusted Ahi tuna, saut ed shrimp and grilled marinated chicken breast. The Milton Inn is housed in a more than 200-year old fieldstone building. Additionally, the restaurant provides its facilities for various social gatherings, such as weddings, anniversaries, birthday parties, sales meetings and award presentations. The Milton Inn has also received the Dirona award based on its cuisine, service and environment.
