Moving six 125-year-old barns to form the restaurant, banquet rooms, microbrewery and country store created Millrose Restaurant and Brewery. Outdoor seating is available on patios with fireplaces and umbrella-covered tables. The lunch menu includes appetizers, soups and salads, pasta, sandwiches, burgers, fajitas and stir-fry. Beef, lamb, poultry and seafood and sides are added to the dinner menu. The restaurant is open daily with a Sunday brunch. The microbrewery produces ale, lager and pilsner beers that are available in the restaurant and the country store for take out. Complimentary valet parking is available during evenings, and a shuttle bus provides service to the nearby Hilton Hotel.
