Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts is an art center that offers performances of classical and world music, contemporary dance, jazz, comedy and theater. The center organizes more than 1,000 performances, educational programs, festivals and events annually and serves over 35,000 elementary, middle and high school students. The center offers kids camp that includes a wide range of classes in drama, music, creative writing and art. It has a store that offers gifts for all occasions, including contemporary jewelry and home furnishings, music, books, greeting cards, novelty items and toys.
