The Basque Cultural Center is administered by the board of directors elected by the membership. The center furnishes social and recreational activities for the members of the club with an emphasis on Basque culture. The Center has opened a restaurant in order to fund such activities. Directors from 599 Railroad organization are appointed to run and manage the restaurant business.
