The first Chico s Mexican Restaurant opened more than 20 years ago in Greenville, N.C. Its appetizers include Southwest rolls, nachos, Mexican pizza, the Fiesta Platter (an assortment of Mexican appetizers featuring the mini quesadilla, southwest roll, mini nachos and chicken fingers), calamares fritos, Cancun crab dip, shrimp chipotle, buffalo wings and Cancun oysters. The restaurant, which has four locations in North Carolina, including Rocky Mount, also has alcoholic beverages, such as sangria, Mexican import beers and an assortment of margaritas. Each Chico s Mexican Restaurant location offers daily and nightly food and drink specials. Gift certificates lacking expiration dates are available for each eatery.
