Chart House Restaurant, located in Redondo Beach, Calif., is one of more than 20 Chart House Restaurants located throughout the United States. The restaurant features a casual-dining atmosphere and offers patrons a variety of steak and seafood selections, including salmon, mahi mahi, shrimp, lobster, prime rib, crab legs and sea bass. It also offers appetizers, soups, salads and desserts. The first Chart House restaurant opened in 1961 in Aspen, Colo. Many of the Chart House restaurants occupy buildings deemed to be of historical significance by local, state or national historical organizations. The restaurant is a member of Landry s Restaurants, a Houston-based company which also owns and operates Landry s Seafood House, Joe s Crab Shack and Willie G s Seafood & Steakhouse locations throughout the United States.
