Palm Valley Country Club is a gate-guarded community of nearly 1,300 luxury condominiums surrounded by two Ted Robinson-designed golf courses. Both the 6,545-yard championship and the 4,232-yard challenge courses feature fairways dotted by lakes and palm trees, set against the Santa Rosa Mountains. Located in Palm Desert, Calif., Palm Valley Country Club was developed in 1983, by Sunrise Company, one of the area’s country club developers. Palm Valley is owned by National Golf Properties and is managed by American Golf Country Clubs, a division of American Golf Corporation. The American Golf Corporation is based in Santa Monica, Calif., and operates more than 270 private, resort and public courses worldwide.
