Founded in 1967 by Ron Peskin and his wife Patricia, Brent’s Delicatessen & Restaurant is a family-owned establishment. It started as a small 60-seat restaurant with 11 employees. Today, the restaurant has more than 125 employees and seating for up to 180 people. Brent’s Delicatessen & Restaurant provides delivery services throughout Southern California. Its specialty desserts include chocolate clairs, bread pudding, cheesecakes, lemon bars, black and white cookies and brownies. The restaurant, in addition, serves a variety of beverages, salads, side orders, sandwiches and soups. Brent’s Delicatessen & Restaurant sells gift cards of several denominations. It additionally provides apparel, such as baseball caps, polo shirts and T-shirts. The restaurant is located in Northridge, Calif., and offers catering services.
