Ralph s on the Park was named Best New Restaurant 2004 by New Orleans Magazine. In 1860, a French immigrant whose second occupation was tending cattle in City Park, constructed the historic building Ralph s on the Park inhabits as a coffeehouse and concession stand for City Park. Over the last two centuries, the building has passed through the hands of some of New Orleans most prominent restaurateurs. Ralph s on the Park offers fine dining in New Orleans.
