Founded in 1981, The North Central Group is a developer, owner and operator of service and extended stay hotels. It has expertise in developing and financing hotels, owning and managing its own portfolio as well as managing hotel properties for others. The company is currently comprised of four entities: North Central Management Inc., North Central Hospitality, LLC, North Central Group Hotel Investors, LLC, and North Central Mortgage Inc. Based in Madison, Wis., The North Central Group operates hotels throughout the Midwest and Southwest.
