Katella Bakery, family-owned and operated since 1965, is a traditional Jewish bakery, offering full retail service. The bakery is best known for its Hallah, Rye and Pumpernickel breads. Katella’s also includes a full-service restaurant, that features matzo ball soup, along with corned beef and pastrami sandwiches served on its own freshly-baked breads.
