Caf Vermilionville is a full-service bar and restaurant located in Lafayette, La. The menu offered at the restaurant includes starters, entrees, fresh salads, soups and gumbos. The restaurant offers two styles of menu, the traditional menu, which offers signature dishes and the redefined menu to allow creative freedom to its chefs. The menu includes crawfish beignets, crawfish egg rolls, alligator Dijon, caf sampler, garden salad, Caesar salad, and warm spinach salad. Established in 1981, the caf has earned various accolades, such as gold, silver and bronze medals at the Acadiana Culinary Classics. It has also received various recommendations from Food and Wine Magazine.
