Williamson is a full-service restaurant that offers a variety of dining and catering services. The restaurant serves prime beef, scallops, lobster cream sauce, pork tenderloins, foil baked swordfish, chicken Luzerne, smoked mozzarella, roasted ribs, crab meat, Swiss cheese and roasted vegetables. Williamson also offers Caesar salad, baked ham, roasted lamb chops, chocolate raspberry cheesecakes, caramel apple tarts, large gulf shrimp, barbecue chicken, ice cream and ice tea. In addition, it can accommodate more than 800 persons and provides banquet facilities for weddings, parties, banquets, business meetings and social gatherings. Williamson has been operational for more than 60 years and maintains a location in Horsham, Pa.
