Benjamin s, founded in 1981 and based in Galena, Ill., is a full-service restaurant offering banquet and catering facility as well. Its menu includes appetizers, chicken sandwiches, croissant pizzas, deli sandwiches, desserts, hamburgers, hot sandwiches, light meals, pizzas, salads, toasted pita sandwiches and soups and chili. Benjamin s private dining room, which can seat up to 50 people, features large windows complimented with wooden blinds and a tin ceiling. Its semi-private dining room, for group of 50 to 65, is available for special events and business meetings, and also provides an overhead projector.
