Texas Roadhouse, located in Fort Collins, Colo., is one of more than 200 Texas Roadhouse restaurants located throughout the United States. The Texas Roadhouse menu features appetizers, such as cheese fries and Texas red chili, along with salads, steaks, fried catfish, ribs, hot rolls and a full-bar with draught beers and margaritas. The restaurant is open for dinner, Monday through Friday, and serves both lunch and dinner on Saturday and Sunday. The first Texas Roadhouse opened in Clarksville, Ind., on February 17th, 1993. The franchise has been voted the #1 Steakhouse in America by Restaurants and Institutions Magazine Consumer Choice Survey.
