Black Bart s Steak House Saloon is a restaurant located in Flagstaff, Ariz., at the intersection of I-40 and Butler Avenue. It is decorated to evoke the 1890s and the legendary Black Bart, who robbed nearly 30 stagecoaches between 1875 and 1883. It serves food and drink and offers vintage music stage revues. It serves a menu of hearty fare, including zucchini, mushroom, hot wings and shrimp cocktail appetizers. Black Bart s entrees include filet mignon, new york strip, T-bone, porterhouse, ribeye and top sirloin steaks. It also offers prime rib, baby-back ribs, steak combinations, broiled salmon, catch-of-the-day, barbecued or broiled chicken, shrimp and veggie kabobs and shrimp and Caesar salad and side dishes.
