Steak n Shake, established in 1934, is a chain of full-service casual dining restaurants. It owns and operates more than 450 restaurants, including several franchised units throughout the United States. The restaurant offers a selection of food items and hot and cold beverages. It also offers 24-hour, drive-through window and counter services. Its specialty items include Steakburger sandwiches, french fries, hand-dipped milk shakes, melts, breakfast specials and platters. The restaurant also offers bacon, soups, salads, desserts, grilled chicken dishes, chicken fingers, entrees and side dishes. In addition, it offers soft drinks, fruit juices, pancakes, scrambled eggs and other food items for children.
