Sunshine Caterers is a mobile industrial caterer with daily routes to more than 1,000 local industrial clients. The company offers a diverse menu with over 3,000 food items prepared under the supervision of its head chef. In addition to sandwiches, soups, pastries and desserts, Sunshine makes different entrees daily and changes the menu weekly. Most of the food is prepared in the afternoon or evening for the next day; therefore, the business operates 24 hours daily. Sunshine also features restaurant items from Pizza Hut, Bob Evans, China Star, Nelson’s Golden Glow Portapit Chicken, Dutchmaid and Strauss Pies. Many of these suppliers are locally owned and operated. Sunshine Caterers serves the northern Indiana areas of Elkhart, Goshen, Bristol, and New Paris, as well as parts of Southeastern Michigan.
