Dallas Convention & Visitors Bureau is an independent, nonprofit organization comprised of professionals promoting Dallas as the ideal business and pleasure destination to the regional, national and international marketplace, and to favorably impact the Dallas economy through conventions and tourism. The bureau works to enhance Dallas’ position as a destination city by working closely with city officials and business leaders to positively address issues that directly meet the needs of visitors. It develops systems and programs that put the city at the forefront of innovative destination marketing. It additionally expands community support by increasing member participation, and its members include professional experts in lodging, transportation, decoration and entertainment.
