The Sierra Nevada Taproom & Restaurant is a combination of a brewery and restaurant. It is a limited-service eating establishment located next to the Sierra Nevada Brewing Company s brewery in Chico, Calif. With an indoor dining room and an outdoor dining patio shaded by wisteria-twined trellises, the Sierra Nevada Taproom & Restaurant has space for brewery visitors, special-occasion dinners and casual dining. The brewery provides samples of seasonal brews on tap and the restaurant adds pub classics like spicy chicken wings, grilled burgers and ale-battered fish and chips. Like its wood-fired pizzas and flatbreads, the restaurant s grilled meats are cooked over almond wood. The Sierra Nevada Taproom & Restaurant is located along 20th Street at the Sierra Nevada Brewery and is open six days a week.
