The Metropolitan Centre, formerly known as the Knights of Columbus Building, was built in 1919. The centre was restored in 2007 through a complete structural overhaul process. It is equipped with advanced electronic control systems and is one of the first restored Green buildings in Ohio. The Metropolitan Centre has theater and multimedia capabilities and maintains high-definition video projectors, stage lights and multichannel audio systems. The center maintains a restaurant, rooftop patio and Jazz club, as well as modern kitchens. The Metropolitan Centre also maintains a ballroom that can accommodate up to 300 persons and is equipped with a video screen.
