Embassy Suites Hotel, located in Brunswick, Ga., is one of more than 170 Embassy Suites locations in the United States, Canada and Latin America. The Brunswick hotel features 130, two-room suites complete with refrigerators, microwaves and coffeemakers. It offers guests a variety of amenities and services, including room service, high-speed Internet access, complimentary newspapers, fold-out sleeper sofas, two in-room televisions, a swimming pool, spa, valet laundry services and a fitness center. It also has more than 7,000 square feet of meeting and event space for a variety of corporate and private gatherings. The hotel is attached to Colonial Mall, which features 100 stores and a 12-cinema movie theater. Nearby islands provide water activities, beaches, specialty shops and championship golfing. The first Embassy Suites hotel opened in Kansas City, Mo., in 1984. In 2003, the hotel group received the J.D. Power and Associates award for ‘Highest in Guest Satisfaction Among Upscale Hotel Chains -the fifth consecutive J.D. Power and Associates Award for Embassy Suites.
