Prairie Bay is a Heartland restaurant located in Brainerd, Minn. The space that is occupied by the restaurant was inspired by famed architect, Frank Lloyd Wright and designed by Nor-Son architect, Steve Rose. The main dining room features a cut stone, wood burning fireplace and a large open-beam ceiling built with antique Douglas fir beams. Prairie Bays serves lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch and the restaurants menu features appetizers, such as bruschetta, pheasant spring rolls, escargot raviolo, and crab cakes; a variety of entr e-sized salads; soups and sandwiches; pasta and risotto; wood oven pizzas, such as pesto pizza and smoked salmon pizza; and steak, chicken and seafood dishes.
