Founded in 1938, Lawry’s The Prime Rib serves an American cuisine that specializes in exclusively the United States Department of Agriculture-certified prime quality rock salt-roasted prime ribs of beef. Its rock salt-roasted prime ribs of beef are aged 21 days and then hand-carved to order tableside from famous silver carts.
