The center s dinner entrees include sliced turkey breasts, barbecue pork ribs, baked cod, roast beef, meat lasagna, stuffed cheese shells, fried chicken, marinated pork chops and shrimp. Its breakfast menu offers a choice of scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon strips, juices, biscuits, muffins, cookies, croissants or dry snacks. The center also organizes entertainment shows for barbecue events and has a seating capacity of more than 1,000 guests. Primo Banquet & Conference Center, with a location in Plainfield, Ind., also operates a facility in Indianapolis.
