The Freight House Restaurant is steak and seafood restaurant. The restaurant serves only beef that is naturally-aged and hand-cut daily by the staff. Its seafood and fish are flown in three times per week directly from the coast to insure freshness. Freight House also provides several wines as well as more than 200 spirits, cognacs, liqueurs, selected ports, domestic and imported beers. Regional musicians appear every Friday and Saturday night at the restaurant s bar. The company was given Reader s Choice Awards, sponsored by the Lacrosse Tribune, that include Best Restaurant, Best Steaks, Best Seafood, Best Wine Selection, Best Salad Bar and Best Bar.
