Capistrano s Restaurant & Catering is a restaurant in a hotel, not a hotel restaurant. The company has five locations to serve its customers in the California communities of Arcadia, Santa Ana, El Segundo, Mandalay Beach Resort and Buena Park. Capistrano s in Arcadia is the Embassy Suite s signature restaurant. The fine dining facility is open for lunch and dinner and serves a variety of Italian and American cuisine. Capistrano s menu features appetizers, such as shrimp cocktail, Caribbean jerk wings, nachos and crab Rangoon; a variety of soups and salads; pasta dishes, such as fettuccine Capistrano s, rigatoni with grilled vegetables and chicken and spinach ravioli; several chicken, beef and seafood entr es; and sandwiches, burgers and individual 8-inch pizzas. In addition, Capistrano s provide several catering packages and menu selections.
