Buffalo s American Grille opened its first location in 1984 in Tallahassee, Fla. The company serves more than 50,000 pounds of buffalo wings each month, in addition to serving more than 425 gallons of wing sauce each month. The company provides a gift and souvenir store that is stocked with Buffalo’s Original Wing Sauce, Buffalo Wear t-shirts and other select items. Buffalo s American Grille is a subsidiary division of Buffalo s Franchise Concept and is headquarters is located in Montgomery, Ala. In addition, Buffalo s American Grille has a branch located in Macon, Ga., where it employs nearly 100 people.
