It is a par 72 golf course designed by Herbert Strong; originally built in 1920, the course features new Tiftdwarf Bermuda greens, more than 400 Bermuda tees and manicured fairways. Its pro shop carries a full line of golfing equipment, accessories and attire from leading manufacturers. The club also provides lessons through the pro shop to golfers at all skill levels and offers golf clinics and individualized instruction with private lessons. Clearwater Country Club offers a dining area to host special events, wedding receptions, banquets and business functions. It can accommodate parties of up to 250 persons for a seated dinner and up to 175 for a buffet.
